Genetic defect...
Grandma's car wouldn't start last week. The auto repair shop she usually goes to $$$ couldn't figure out what's wrong with it. So they told her to have it towed $$$ to the dealer for the make of car she owns, so they can hook it up to the computer $$$ . Anyway, after a few days of going crazy without a vehicle, they called her back and said it's because she was trying to use a Wal-Mart copied key instead of the regular one that has a computer chip inside it. I had warned her last summer when I was there, that to get another key she would have to go to the dealer, (they cost like $$$75) and that a copy from any other place would not work. Remember the discussion, EW? Anyway no one listens to me (if they would, I would save them lots of $$$)! Now I know where I get this key gene from!

don't specifically remember the convo, but D's car is the same way. He had better not lock his keys in his car, because he's only got one key! Luckily he's a waaz instead of a monty, so it hasn't happened yet. I've only done it once, right after the storm, but with the help of a wooden hairbrush and a wire coathanger, I still reign victorious :) (although it's scary to think how easily someone else could break into my car...)
Not the key; car won't start again today!!!! aa
