I've been summoned for Jury Duty

Man! it's on the first MONDAY of one of my ONLY TWO weeks of vacation with Jim this acadmic year! Ugh! And the worst part is they don't give WEEKS to Jim, they give 5 days off, and that's it!

Well, it's a good thing we hadn't made the reservations yet for our vacation outta the country!

I'm gonna write a letter and try to be excused or rescheduled, but seriously, how do they expect physicians to be able to ABANDON patients to do jury duty? There should be a built in exception and just a bunch of retired peopled doing jury duty.

I grouch too much.

I knew I shouldn't have registered to vote while in residency. Gerrrrr.
